PRINCE asked:

Would it not have been easier to simply say it is a private family matter and refuse to discuss it? Did she expect the media to not point out that she is anti abortion and sex education while her own kid is a pregnant tart?
The McCain campaign coordinated the press release and have expressed outrage at the reaction in order to make the kid and Palin some kind of false martyrs. This is the only thing to do with such unacceptable and hypocritical news

    Like mother,like daughter.
Palin eloped to marry her husband, her eldest child was born less than 8 months later.
    Coincidence?
    I don’t think so.

I must have missed that. When and how did she complain?

    By the numbers….

Amount requested for the Bridge to Nowhere by Palin: $200,000,000
Number of Alaskan Residents (US Census Bureau): 670,053
Tax Rebates Given to each Resident: $1,200
Amount funded by Federal Dollars: $298.48 ($200 mil/670k)
% of Tax Rebate Funded by Other States: 24.87%
    Wasteful spending: $200,000,000

Can we not see why her approval rating is 80%?

Here, here! Republicans thinks this woman and her mess personifies the American country. I beg to differ. She does not represent me, or any other woman that I love and respect.

It proves that Palin’s family is human. It proves that she was up front an honest from the beginning. It proves their family practices what it preaches and this 17 year old girl will have a child. It proves that the daughter will get married rather then run from her decision. It proves they value life.

As opposed to your hate with words like “TART” and knocked up typical liberal meaningless chatter.

In her acceptance speech she talked about her son going to Iraq. Not her daughter. She brought up her kids but the FAILURE to talk about a very important issue as a 17 year old, pregnant, unmarried and still going to school is a problem. You see how should America take this as oh a family issue. No………….! PARENTS are not PROUD when this happens and this is not a role model for young teenage girls to want emulate. Women are not buy glasses that look like Palin. Why then would we put that in front of our teenage children and then be surprised when they turn up in this delinquent way.

How can you expect her to be on the ticket that is SUPPOSE to raise the standard of our living when she can not even raise her child.

The press release was in response to all horrible smear tactics against her and her daughter. Rumors were going around the very next day after it was announced that she was McCain’s running mate that her daughter really had the baby, etc.
I don’t recall of reading/hearing about Sarah complaining about anything.
