Not sure what you mean, but I think you are talking about two different animals. The media advisory gets people to the news conference, so it should includes time, date, location, speakers, etc. Then at the news conference, you can hand out a release that is a summary of the news involved. You don’t need to say anything other than “Frank Fraissinet announced the news at a news conference Wednesday afternoon at School #21.”
