What is the best day to submit a Press Release on MySpace Marketing?

I’ll be using PRWEB, would love to hear from someone who has used them previously or who has submitted a Press Release in the past.

Please share the results / responses that you got from submitting Press Releases.

Any current Press Release tips on formatting, content would be most welcome.

    If MySpace is getting your money then talk with them; they should have market data for you. The answer is going to depend on your market. Presumably either middle school students are lecherous predators ;)
